Over time, it opportunistically got involved in other investments. Heri Limited owns a 100% of a company called Heri Holdings Limited which in turns owns 100% of College House and 55% of Kolobot Gardens Limited. Moreover, Heri Limited owns a 28.8% stake in Norfolk Towers Limited. In may this year, the directors Heri Limited underwent a strategy session to formulate a way forward for the company and the conclusions drawn are what shaped our business idea and aspirations.
